The Hill family home among the trees
Since 1966
THE HEART OF THE HILL

Built for family.
Shared with yours.

Some places are more than houses. They become part of who we are.

Our family's roots in Tennessee reach back to the early 1800s, through generations of the Welch family in the Monterey area. In 1966, our great-uncle Robert “Bobo” Welch built this home high above Center Hill Lake, surrounded by woods and the beauty of Middle Tennessee.

In 1974, after returning from his service in the Vietnam War, our father, Jeff Bradley, and our mother, Candace Welch Emigh Bradley, purchased The Hill. It became the place we were raised, the place we celebrated holidays and birthdays, and the place we brought our own children back to make memories.

Our father passed away in 2021, and our mother in 2025. When my sister, brother, and I thought about The Hill’s future, we knew we wanted to keep it in the family — and share some of its magic with yours.

For more than 60 years, The Hill has been a gathering place for family and friends. Now we hope you’ll share stories around the fire pit, linger on the porch, and make memories of your own.

From our family to yours, welcome to The Hill.
— The Bradley Family
